Temple Israel is here for you in your times of joy and sorrow. We encourage you to contact the Synagogue Office or our Clergy to share what is going on in your lives so we can be there with you during those times. Please let us know by calling our office at 570-342-0350 or emailing rabbi@templeisraelscranton.org or cantor@templeisraelscranton.org

Should a death occur in your immediate circle, please call one of our clergy or the office. Whoever you reach first will in turn notify the others, and the community will be there for you as quickly as possible.

Misheberakh List / Prayers for Healing

If you would like to be added or you would like to add someone else to the misheberakh list of people for whom we pray for healing, please click here to fill out the form. The Rabbi and the Cantor will be checking the form regularly and will include all the names that are on the list.
